Method of Payment: Mexico Imports Plus accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit card is charged when the order is ready for shipment.
Return Policy
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report all damage claims to the shipper - Mexico Imports Plus immediately. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return if other than damage. Your comments are important to Mexico Imports Plus! We insist in providing the best product and service to our customers.
There is a 10-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Before returning an item, please e-mail Mexico Imports Plus or call 951-735-6128 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code. Items must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing). For credit card orders, a credit will appear on your next month’s statement.
